At Aasma Astrology Matrix Services LLP, we are committed to delivering authentic and high-quality spiritual products. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Energized or activated gemstones

  • Rudraksha beads after use

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Yantras or spiritual items that have been used or installed

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement

In cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing time may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
